We believe a well prepared, robust planning application significantly improves the chances of securing planning permission.

This normally involves understanding the brief from clients, assessing the opportunities and constraints of development sites and formulating proposals and can manage the application process.   We work alongside architects and coordinating the necessary technical consultants.  For larger and more sensitive projects this can involve public consultation engagement to inform the design process. We are experienced in presenting proposals to LPA officers and members of the Planning Committee and strive to achieve an efficient negotiated outcome for our valued clients.
